Policies & Tuition
There is a $20 non-refundable registration fee due at the time of registration to hold a student's spot in class. For families with more than 1 dancer, there will be a $25 non-refundable registration fee for the family. The fee covers a student from September 2008 to August 2009. A registration form must be completed with the registration fee. You can click here to download and print out a form. Also, you can call or e-mail us to have one sent to you.
Tuition
Tuition payments are collected on a monthly basis and are due the first class day of the month. Tuition payments received before the 15 of each month get a discount. Payments received after the 15th of the month pay full price tuition. No credit/refunds will be given for unattended classes. Below is a table of discounted tuition as well as full price.

A $25 service fee will be assessed on all returned checks.

Miss Kelsey's Dance Studio does not send out an invoice each month for tuition. Please be aware of when payments are due. If an account should fall behind a month or more, it is at the owners discretion to not allow the child or children back into class until all accounts are paid and caught up.
Holidays & Vacations
Miss Kelsey's Dance Studio will be CLOSED for the following days:
Thanksgiving -> November 26 - 29, 2008
Christmas/New Year's Day -> December 23, 2008 - January 4th, 2009
February Vacation -> February 22 - March 1, 2009
April Vacation -> April 19 - 26, 2009
Memorial Day -> May 25th, 2009
All other Holidays, classes will be held.
Snow Cancellations
In the event of inclement weather, Miss Kelsey's Dance Studio will cancel classes for the day. To find out if classes are canceled, you can check the website (www.misskelseysdancestudio.com) or call us at 603-606-2820. There will be a message on the machine if classes are canceled. Classes are not automatically canceled if schools are canceled. Make-ups for canceled classes will be scheduled as tuition will not be pro-rated for snow days.
Attendance
It is important that students attend each class. This requires dedication and commitment both from the parents as well as the child. Please arrive on time with proper dance attire, shoes and hair. It is not fair to other students and can be distracting when a student is tardy. It is at the instructors' discretion to not allow a child into class when they have been consistently tardy. We do understand that some situations cannot be avoided. If you know your child is going to be absent, please call or let us know in advance.
Announcements
From time to time there will be announcements. You can either check out our bulletin board located in the waiting room, our website, or look for notices that will be handed out to children.
Placement
At Miss Kelsey's Dance Studio, we try our best to place students according to age and skill. We want our students to be challenged but not overwhelmed. As the year continues, if you have any questions or concerns, please see Miss Kelsey to discuss.
A few last notes:
There is NO food, drinks, or gum allowed in the studio.
All hair that is long enough should be pulled away from the face in ALL classes.
NO street shoes are allowed in the studio.
