Policies & Tuition
There is a $20 non-refundable registration fee due at the time of registration to hold a student's spot in class. For families with more than 1 dancer, there will be a $30 non-refundable registration fee for the family. The fee covers a student from September 2009 to August 2010. A registration form must be completed and submitted with the registration fee. You can click here to download and print out a form. Also, you can call or e-mail us to have one sent to you.
Tuition
Tuition payments are collected on a monthly basis and are due the 1st of the month. Tuition payments received before the 10th of each month receive the discounted tuition rate. Payments received after the 10th of the month pay full price tuition. All payments recieved after the close of the month are subject to a $15 late charge. NO credits or refunds will be given for unattended classes.

A $25 service fee will be assessed on all returned checks.

Adult classes are not based on a monthly tuition. Instead, they have the option of paying per class as a “drop-in” or purchasing one of two class cards (5 classes or 10 classes). These class cards are good for the whole season.
Adult 30 minute class: Drop-in - $8 ~ 5 class card - $35 ~ 10 class card - $60
Adult 45 minute class: Drop-in - $10 ~ 5 class card - $45 ~ 10 class card - $80
Adult 60 minute class: Drop-in - $12 ~ 5 class card - $55 ~ 10 class card - $100
Miss Kelsey's Dance Studio does NOT send out an invoice each month for tuition. Please be aware of when payments are due. If an account should fall behind 30 days, the student/students will not be allowed back into class until all accounts are paid in full and caught up.
Holidays & Vacations
Miss Kelsey's Dance Studio will be CLOSED for the following days:
Thanksgiving
Christmas/New Year's Day
February Vacation
April Vacation
Memorial Day
All other Holidays, classes will be held.
Snow Cancellations
In the event of inclement weather, Miss Kelsey's Dance Studio will cancel classes for the day. To find out if classes are canceled, you can check the website (www.misskelseysdancestudio.com) or call us at 603-606-2820. There will be a message on the machine if classes are canceled. Classes are not automatically canceled if schools are canceled. Make-ups for canceled classes will be scheduled as tuition will NOT be pro-rated for snow days.
Attendance
It is important that students attend each class. This requires dedication and commitment both from the parents as well as the child. Please arrive on time with proper dance attire, shoes and hair. It is not fair to other students and can be distracting when a student is tardy. It is at the instructors' discretion to not allow a child into class when they have been consistently tardy. We do understand that some situations cannot be avoided. If you know your child is going to be absent, please call or let us know in advance.
Announcements
From time to time there will be announcements. You can either check out our bulletin board located in the waiting room, our website, or look for notices that will be handed out to children.
Placement
At Miss Kelsey's Dance Studio, we try our best to place students according to age and skill. We want our students to be challenged but not overwhelmed. If you have any questions or concerns, please see Miss Kelsey to discuss.
A few last notes:
There is NO food, drinks, or gum allowed in the studio.
All hair that is long enough should be pulled away from the face in ALL classes.
NO street shoes are allowed in the studio.
