Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba^® program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party^™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.

For Adults ages 18+

Each class is 1 hour in length.

Dress code: Comfortable clothing and clean sneakers.

Pay as you go - Just $5 a class!

ZumbAtomic® is a fun and healthy program designed just for kids using the Zumba® concept. It is NOT a Zumba® kids class. It is ZumbAtomic® - a separate and unique program that was designed with specific methods, music, and programming specifically for chidren.

Children will learn fitness dances, play fun motivational games, and learn new rhythms and styles of music and culture. All classes are taught to not only cultivate individuality and creativity, but to develop leadership, respect, team work, pride, confidence, and responsibility.

Each class is 45 minutes in length.

Dress code: Comfortable clothing and clean sneakers.

Only $25 a month!

(or $7 a class to try or drop-in)

Pre-registration is required, even if just attending as a drop-in.
